The Grand Bellagio and Grand Venezia at Bay Watch, two new luxury class "AA" condominium and apartment communities located in Clearwater, Florida, were selected as finalists in the "Best Garden Apartment Community" category in the "Pillars of the Industry" awards held by the National Association of Home Builders(NAHB).
